Yaz Naji didn't take a straight path into recruiting. Before VOLT, he spent time embedded in the trades world — on job sites, in dispatch rooms, in break rooms where foremen complained about the same thing over and over: good workers are impossible to find, and the people supposed to find them don't understand the work.
