PRICING FAQ

The fee is a percentage of the candidate's first-year base salary — nothing more. If you hire an HVAC tech at $60,000/year, our standard fee is $9,000 (15%). That's it. No taxes added, no account management fees, no onboarding charges. The invoice arrives after the candidate's first day of work.
Payment is due net-30 from the candidate's start date. We send a single clean invoice after day one on the job — not when the offer is signed, not when the search begins. We've structured this to align our incentives with yours: if the hire doesn't happen, the clock never starts.
Volume pricing (13%) kicks in automatically when you make 3 or more placements through VOLT within any rolling 6-month window. You don't need to pre-commit or sign a contract — we apply the discount retroactively to your third placement and forward. Just let us know you're expecting growth and we'll build the relationship accordingly.
If a placed candidate voluntarily quits or is let go for performance-related reasons within 60 calendar days of their start date, we restart the search at no charge. The only exception is if the role itself changes materially (different position, different location) or if the candidate was let go for reasons unrelated to job fit — like a company-wide layoff. We'll discuss any edge case directly and honestly.
No long-term contracts, ever. Each search operates on a simple one-page placement agreement that covers the role, the fee, and the guarantee terms. You can bring us a single role with no future obligation. We earn your repeat business through results — not locked-in agreements.
